- Mar 26, 2019 Note: there is a known issue with Outlook not showing correct time for meetings and appointments with upcoming Daylight Saving Time changes.When appointment is open, it should display correct time. In order for the time of an appointment or meeting invitation to be reflected properly, settings in Windows and in Outlook must be correct and they must match.
- Nov 30, 2018 You can also click the Zoom button in the ribbon and set it back to 100%. Click the button in the ribbon to open the zoom dialog and select the desired zoom level. Outlook 2010, 2013, and 2016 have a zoom slider in the main Outlook window status bar (on the right side). Use this slider to adjust the zoom in the reading pane.
Mar 19, 2020 There is a way to zoom in and out of a mail with a slide of the touch pad. In the mail editing window press and hold the 'control' button and scroll (two fingers) up to zoom in and down to zoom out. It does not change the actual font size. It is actually just zooming. Works like a charm in version 15.22 of Outlook 2016 for Mac. In the Options dialog box, go to the Zoom tab, check the Enable auto zoom (Percent) in read, compose and reply window box, and specify a zoom level as your need from the drop-down list, and finally click the OK button. Configure Outlook
You can configure Microsoft Outlook to access your Office 365 account by setting up an Exchange connection. An Exchange connection provides access your email, calendar, contacts, and tasks in Outlook.
- Launch Outlook.
- On the Outlook menu, click Preferences and then click Accounts.
- Select Exchange or Office 365 for the account type
- Enter the following information for your Exchange account:
- Email Address: your @stanford.edu email address
- Method: User Name and Password
- User name: sunetid@stanford.edu
- Password: your SUNet ID password
- Configure automatically: checked
- Click Add Account.
- A message displays asking whether you want to allow the Outlook autodiscover server to configure your settings. Check Always use my response for this server and click Allow.
- Your Exchange account settings display. Close this window.
