  Not a fancy way but works as well, just type a double space in find and type a single space in replace. Repeat the same until all multiple spaces are removed.

  For those who get the error message, a simple solution is where this tutorial tells you to put '(){2}', simply push the space bar twice. In the place for 'replace with', just put in a single spacebar. Now push, 'Replace all'.

    You have to first highlight the section of your word document you want to remove the double spacing before proceeding with the above procedure.

Paragraph alignment in Word 2016 documents has nothing to do with politics, and justification has little to do with the reasons behind putting text in a paragraph.
